Shipping Policy

Shipping

You place an order and complete the payment. At that moment, you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. It may end up in your spam folder. We will keep you informed about the production of the game via email.
When your package is ready for shipping, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us at: spellmakers.shop@gmail.com

Delivery time

The delivery time after shipping is 4 to 5 business days within Belgium. Different delivery times apply to deliveries outside Belgium. These vary by country. 

Of course, the packages can only be shipped after production is complete.

Payment

Payment can be made with Bancontact or credit card. There is no option to pay later. All payments must be settled prior to the delivery of the products.

Method

Spellmakers BV works with Bpost. During the presales, a fixed shipping amount is charged. At the end of the presales, Bpost may be integrated into the webshop.
You can choose to have the package delivered to your home, to a parcel locker, or to a pickup point. 

Costs

During the presales, Spellmakers charges 7 euros for shipping within Belgium, including tracking and packaging material. For shipping outside Belgium, the shipping costs are calculated separately.  

Address details

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly and/or to check it when it has already been filled in. Any additional shipping costs or the loss of the package due to incorrect details will be charged to the customer.

Receipt of goods

The customer is responsible for receiving the package and/or picking it up from a service point on time. You should check the track&trace code regularly. Any additional shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
